When you are looking for RN jobs, you may be curious exactly what a registered nurse does and why this may be the right career path for you to choose. A RN is a nurse who is able to work in a variety of different career choices out there. Those who decide to go for a career in this field will need to be ready to have an education that balances soft skills and technical skills. There are a lot of technical skills that a nurse will need to know in order to provide the best care for their patients but they need to be able to have good emotional intelligence, excellent communication, good critical thinking skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
