Couples therapist is a kind of psychotherapy in which a licensed therapist with clinical knowledge helping with couples, most frequently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), enables people implicated in a romantic relationship to grow insight into their relationship, intention conflict, and enrich the relationship.
