How Market Research Recruiting Will Improve in 2022

Posted By Focus Insite     December 30, 2021

Body

What a difference a week makes! Last week the latest Covid variant was just getting on everyone’s radar, and this week it is all anyone is talking about. By now, most of us have learned how to quickly pivot during the pandemic. From lockdown to the easing of restrictions, and back, we are fairly accustomed to the yo-yo effect of living with Covid. If you’re wondering how this has anything to do with market research recruiting, it does! Being nimble, needing to quickly pivot, and managing dead-ends are all skills that our recruiting teams have so they can do their jobs effectively. Recruiters know first-hand that nothing is a sure thing when managing recruits until the participants have completed their responsibilities as a respondent.

There is no doubt that 2021 didn’t have its ups and downs and challenges for our team, but in spite of it all, we managed to grow and are really excited about some of the developments we have in store for 2022.

Improving the Employee Experience

There is no shortage of pundits who remind businesses and organizations that their most important assets are their employees. We know this to be true! Because we’ve added many new recruiters to our team, we are improving the benefit package we offer our employees to better encourage a healthy work-life balance. Employee burnout plagues many companies, which is why we’re also committed to fostering good mental health practices for all our employees. Our employees work wonders for all our clients, finding the most qualified and best-suited participants, no matter how niche. We know the demands of market research recruitment agencies, which is why we are committed to creating a workplace that fosters well-being.

Expanding our Market Reach

We are currently investigating additional ways to expand services to our clients. We can’t divulge too much at this time, but we’re excited about becoming a ‘one stop shop’ for all our clients’ qualitative research consultant needs. Our years of experience with market research recruiting has provided us with lots of opportunity to establish great working relationships with different people and businesses who service the market research industry. We’re leveraging our networks to make Focus Insite even better for our clients and we’ll share with you all the details soon!

Software Upgrades

Like many industries, good software and hardware is essential to our daily operations. During the pandemic, market researchers had to quickly pivot to using software that allowed for virtual focus groups and other ways to carry out research without meeting face-to-face. Because we recruit for so many types of market research studies, we’re looking to upgrade our software to make it easier for our teams to sort and track recruits. We’ve always maintained a solid database to manage study participants, but we’ve outgrown some of our systems and will be upgrading our infrastructure for continued seamless operation.

Our offices will be closed during the last week of December so our employees can enjoy the final days of 2021 before we hit the ground running in 2022. From all of us at insite research, we wish you a very prosperous and safe New Year and we look forward to working with you to find the best participants for your market research studies.
