Several copies of Pokémon Legends: Arceus appear to be starting to appear well ahead of the official January 28 release date, and leaks have already begun to reveal potential plot elements of the game's story.
One such leak has shared a major plot point that will be revealed at the beginning of Arceus, showing the protoss dialogue with the player character in a realm "beyond time and space."
Arceus talking to players in any capacity is already a big revelation, but the next sequence of images shared by multiple accounts dedicated to Pokémon leaks and rumors suggests time or some form of dimensional travel played a big role.
Players appear to be awakened by the three initial Pokémon available in the game, Cyndaquil, Rowlet, and Oshawott. From there, Professor Laventon, a professor in the Hisui area, shows up and talks to the player, who may then give them their first Pokémon and 50 Pokémon Balls.
An important thing to note is the difference in appearance between the player character in the image and Laventon. Laventon is clearly wearing clothes more reminiscent of the Emerald region and that era, if more futuristic because of being a professor. Players wear more modern outfits that bear a striking resemblance to those in Pokémon X and Y.
This doesn't necessarily confirm that time travel is why players are finding their way in the game, but the possibility exists.
Another option is to deal with Ultra Wormholes and their ability to connect to Ultra Space, where characters like Anabel in Sun and Moon can be pulled in and lost over a long period of time and then spit out, which could be a complete different realities. While the use of Fallers as a plotline may depend on whether they are Ultra Beasts in Arceus or a larger plot point related to the multiverse established in recent Pokémon games, so we won't know which elements are at play until the game is fully released, Even speculating is fun.
Pokemon Legends Arceus is coming soon, and I, like many players, opted to pre-order. I found a website that has PLA Pokemon for Sale, and then you can buy Shiny Pokemon PLA at PKMBuy. They have been helping players since Pokemon Sword and Shield, and I bought BDSP Pokemon not too long ago. It's safe and fast shipping. Also check out Pokémon Legends: Arceus related news on PKMBuy.
