Rice grader machine structure

Rice grader is consist of feeding mechanism, uniform mixture device, driving device,machine rack and screen deck and so on. When material feed into hooper, under the action of pressure value controller, the rice will be outflowed into screen body via suction pathway. Due to screen deck doing elliptical motion, the rice do self-classifying motion which result into broken rice is contact with sieve hole through more thicker material layer, which can improve grading speed in big degree, and after that, the rice do self-line motion, which will make the bigger broken rice fall though sieve holes.
