Nike has officially announced a new partnership with Parley. This time, the upcoming collaboration will be based on the sacai vapor waffle classic ultraBOOST model, as well as ultraBOOST Uncaged and ultraBOOST X.

The release is timed to coincide with Earth Day and will be made in a “nautical” color scheme, with this gesture Nike and Parley are calling for a reduction in the rate of pollution of the world's oceans with plastic debris.

Interesting fact: for each pair of collaborations, approximately 11 recycled plastic bottles were used. At the same time, statistics claim that every minute such an amount of plastic waste is dumped into the world's oceans that it would fill an entire truck.
