Properties of Hex Flange Screw's Hex Flange Bolts

Flange bolt performance grade points for steel structure connection
More than 10 grades such as 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, 12.9, etc., of which grade 8.8
and above bolts are made of low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon steel and heat treated (quenched, tempered)
, commonly known as high-strength bolts, the rest are commonly known as ordinary
bolt. The bolt performance grade label consists of two parts of numbers, which represent the nominal tensile strength value and yield ratio of the bolt material respectively.

Benefits of Hex Flange Bolts

Ordinary bolts have thick heads and are difficult to deform. If vibration occurs after they are installed, they need to be re-tightened; the flange has a thin part, which can be slightly deformed and locked more firmly. In addition, if it goes into the hole, the ordinary bolt cannot use the tool. The head of the flange bolt is small, and the flange below also plays a tightening role, but it can be inserted into the hole with a special tool. , about the same principle as the hexagon socket bolt. Then there is the flange top flat pad, which is safer on softer, non-wear-resistant materials and will not cause perforation
