For bolts, you may now apply any bolt to any bow. The compatibility problem is gone. If you use levels 80 royal bolts and an Lv 70 crossbow, those bolts will be equipped with an amount of damage as if they had been level 70 bolts. If you have a level 60offhand bow that is mainhand, it will be capped at lv 70 bolt damage. The offhand bow is capped at level 60 damage. But yeah, I just buy Royals as they're cheap so buy rs 3 gold it's not much of a difference whether you use them or not.
