Diablo II: Resurrected contains a variety of items known as charms, which are more likely to be discovered the further cheap D2R ladder items progress through the game. Ruby – Increases one's ability to withstand fire. When fighting against Diablo, this is extremely useful.

Charm with 10-11% fire resistance: available at level 40 and available with 10-11% fire resistance.

Large charm: available at level 35 with 13-15% fire resistance, this charm is very effective.

Grand charm: available at level 30, with fire resistance ranging from 26-30%.

Amber – Increases one's ability to withstand lightning. It can be used in the fight against Mephisto.

Small charm: available at level 40, with lightning resistance ranging from 10-11%.

Large charm: available at level 35, with lightning resistance ranging from 13-15%.

Grand charm: available at level 30, with lightning resistance ranging from 26-30%.

Emerald – Increases the body's ability to resist poison. This is particularly useful in the fight against Andariel.

Small charm: available at level 40, with 10-11% poison resistance and 10-11% poison resistance.

Large charm: available at level 35, with 13-15% poison resistance and 13-15% poison resistance.

A few other spells, such as Pestilent (poison damage), Flaming (fire damage), Shock (lightning damage), and Hibernal (cold damage), can be extremely useful for classes that specialize in elemental damage, but they may be countered by immune monsters.

Charms with prefixes for specialization

Beginning at Level 50, all class-specific charm buffs become available to use. They aid in the enhancement of various builds, such as the Dragon Talon Kicksin Assassin or the Summonmancer.
