1. First of all, you need to check the ink cartridge and toner. make sure it has enough ink to print the color documents. if it showing the low ink error. you need to replace the ink cartridge.
2. If the cartridge has enough ink, you should check that there should not be any error related to the cartridge settings on your printer. if it is doing so, you need to remove the ink cartridge and then reconnect it. now reboot the printer once.
3. Sometimes, Epson printer might not be able to print the colors because of the head or nozzle issues. so you need to make sure that the print head and nozzles are cleaned. Also, you can flush the print head and nozzle to clean it up through computer.
4. Let’s go to the printer settings and disable the gray scale printing. To do that, you need to go to the printing preferences and disable your printer settings from there.
5. After trying the above steps if your epson printer is still unable to calibrate the colors. You need to remove the ink cartridge and then install a new cartridge on your printer. right after that, your device will start working fine.
