Cardiovascular exercise is also referred to as aerobics exercise or cardio exercises it works mainly on various large muscles in your body and it also increases the efficiency of our heart and lungs.

Cardio exercise includes various exercises that can be divided into two types; indoor exercise and outdoor exercise. Cardiovascular exercises are also performed using various gym equipment. Some of the popular cardio exercises are stair climbing, treadmill exercise, bike, elliptical trainer, rowing machines, walking, running, jogging, cycling, and swimming. These exercises have many health benefits such as exercises helping us to fight stress, depression, diabetes, heart problems, nervous, mental health, asthma, eye care, etc.
