A Boho, Nature-Inspired Country Garden Wedding

They were married on 9 June 2018 at Kidmore End (near Reading). The couple attended the same high school, although didn't fully realize one another there, but started to see one another more when residing in London, and lastly got together at a friend's murder mystery party!

"I knew I'd just like a fitted lace dress, so when I started trying them on, realized quite quickly that I also liked something to help keep it a little sexy, like a split, or perhaps a dramatic back. When I tried the 'Frankie' on I felt great and extremely comfortable, and mum and bridesmaids said it was the one I kept smiling probably the most in, that was an enormous clue that it was the one!"

"The lace was gorgeous, and I liked the semi-translucent top half. I loved the very fact you could customize small things, for example removing the bustle in the back for any more slimline silhouette, adding pockets, and achieving a longer train. I felt awesome within the dress, and loved putting it on!"

Together with strappy heeled sandals, Roz wore pearl anklets, together with other pretty pearl pieces – statement earrings, a pearl ring borrowed from her mum, as well as an engraved bracelet, which her bridesmaids gifted to her for that wedding day.

Roz's bridesmaids wore different dresses – a pink cocktail dress, with a blush pink maxi dress embellished with sequins, along with shoes and earrings.

"My favorite area of the day was the ceremony, as I finally relaxed and stopped feeling nervous! I couldn't accept it as true was finally happening."

Dave wore a blue suit with a contrasting grey waistcoat, together with having a pale pink tie and pocket square, together with his groomsmen in the same matching outfits as him.

"Megan was fantastic and it is hugely talented – we like our pictures a lot. Her type of photography suited our venue perfectly because it was a garden wedding, so plenty of trees and green fields around. She offered a no-cost engagement shoot therefore we could get confident with her, and being before the camera, that was useful."

"What seemed to be so nice was that Megan was able to do a super quick edit and send us 40 'best of' pictures in the morning before we headed off on our honeymoon, that was so thoughtful – we can't rave about her enough!"

"We didn't possess a strong color theme as a result; I was keen to help keep it quite natural. I was inspired by boho-chic vibes and also the setting the wedding could be in, accustomed to green foliage around the tables and kraft paper for that stationery, but having a hint of gold for any touch of glamour to suit the occasion."

"I think if I made it happen again I'd make certain I got some portrait shots of me and my parents before we went to the ceremony, as next, it's difficult to find a moment! We didn't get a chance once we ended up being rushed to complete getting ready before the ceremony."

"I would've attempted to get round to express hi to more people throughout the reception drinks, and I also would’ve ordered less booze! We had a lot left over. It was the one thing you don't wish to run out of, however, it was an eye-opener!"

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"Try to not stress out within the lead-up to the marriage, because this will partly taint the entire memory you have from the wedding. Make sure you delegate! Family and friends (as well as your partner!) will wish to help, however, they often just won't understand how, so make lists, and try and delegate tasks to release some time. Enjoy it!"
