The cellular version wouldn't have the ability to RS gold display in the split screen view of Android. If you are wanting to watch netflix or youtube or something while enjoying (I do so often), complete screen the video, then swipe down from the very top to display the phone's menu bars, press the app menu (hamburger on the bottom left(?)), open Runescape.
