The correct pressing stage of the Juice Processing Plant guarantees maximum yield of raw juice.
The extrusion process begins with pre-filling. The pulp is pumped into a closed cylinder filled with pressure chamber space. This is a fully automated process because the automatically optimized pressure control system determines the level of product extrusion at each stage of the process.
After the injection cycle is completed, the injection is performed. The piston squeezes the pulp and the juice flows out through the filter element to the two juice chambers contained in the resistance plate and the pressing plate. Then, the piston retracts while the cylinder rotates, so the entire pulp is carefully released. This phase is repeated in the cycle, with each piston feeding a few millimeters longer than the previous one.
During the pressing cycle and expansion, the continuous rotation of the cylinder ensures the most advantageous release of the pressed pulp, thus ensuring maximum compression efficiency.
The IPS 10000 press can be extracted in one operating cycle by adding water and additional press. The press cycle is completed. The coating is opened and the press slag is discharged. The pressed pomace reaches the screw feeder and the screw feeder transports the poma to the storage location.
The closed system ensures process hygiene, no juice loss, and a simple automated cleaning process. The squeezed juice flows down to the intermediate tank.
