The color of rice is an important indicator of its quality. For consumers, the more white rice is liked, the higher the market price. The color of rice is affected by many factors, in addition to the quality, it is also affected by the degree of milling of rice. The higher the degree of milling of the rice, the less the residual powder on the surface and the whiter the rice. Similarly, it can also be judged by the degree of milling of rice. Usually, the mass of tantalum powder removed by milling is expressed as the mass fraction of the total mass of brown rice, and can also be expressed by the mass ratio of rice before and after milling, that is, the whitening rate. Therefore, the small and medium-sized complete sets of rice whitener machines need to be inspected in the following five aspects before use:

(1) Before use, check whether the safety device is safe and reliable, whether the connection parts are connected reliably, and whether the screws are tight.

(2) Check whether there is any foreign matter in the rice milling chamber, whether the roller rotation is flexible, and whether there is abnormal impact sound; check whether the installation condition of the roller conforms to the protruding direction should follow the flow direction of the rice grain.

(3) Check the installation of the rice sieve. The rice machine with two sieves; the sieves should be in the direction of the rice flow when they are lapped, and there should be no gap when the joints are flat, and the gap between the sieve and the roller should be the same.

(4) Check whether the oil quality and oil quantity in the bearing cavity and the grease cup meet the requirements, and if necessary, add or replace the lubricating oil.

(5) Check if the steering of the rice whitener is correct. If it is safe and reliable, no abnormality can be detected. If the problem is found, it must be solved in time.
