While there are some great things about NBA 2K23 MyCAREER the year before, with exciting quests like This is a Cole World, some players are experiencing problems with a major bug.We actually experienced this in2K23 MTour personal NBA 2K23 MyCAREER save, and it's been reported that it occurs when trying to go play your next NBA game that it triggers the game to freeze completely.

We noticed a few inventory items, like those in the image below . They include plus signs to indicate that they're a brand-related bonus, but are lacking the icon, and others that are linked to previous quests could have caused this.Before beginning this next NBA game, we had to remove the following items: We're not able to determine which of these items triggered the issue, however the Calloway's Court items seem most likely, as they'd only recently been received.
If you're experiencing this issue you're playing Courting Calloway or Palace Intrigue quests, we'd suggest taking each of them off immediately following a game restart to see how it will fix the bug.For us, the removals allowed the game to be stopped from happening and allow that MyCAREER save to continue with no issue.2K is expected to release an update in the near future with an improved fix that is more durable, but we hope this workaround can be able to keep the issue at bay until then.
