Escalator Company Develop Inorganic Room Technology

While technological advances are driving many industries into a new era, elevators have not experienced major changes other than some system innovations. They should do this because of the operation of traditional technologies, despite the low energy efficiency and high space requirements. However, as Escalator Company began to pay attention to the actual cost of energy and hide valuable real estate areas in elevator shafts and machine rooms, MRL elevators came into being. As the name implies, it does not require a computer room.

Conventional hydraulic lifts use a pump system to push a liquid cylinder into the piston and lift the cab. Hydraulic elevator systems use hydraulic fluid and pistons to move the elevator car up and down between floors. Because of their safety and reliability, some people like them rather than other elevator systems. They are common in low-rise homes because they are easily lifted between floors. Hydraulic elevators require pockets and machine rooms, and hydraulic fluids need to be replaced periodically.

The MRL elevator uses a gearless tractor that provides superior performance and ride quality compared to a hydraulic lift. Compared to hydraulic elevators, the use of MRL elevators can save a lot of energy (estimated 70-80%). The MRL can also run at a faster rate, and the MRL's elevator system saves space, is more energy efficient and avoids the use of contaminated fluids. Since the traction equipment provides a more efficient design and balance, the MRL's power feeders are also greatly reduced.

Machine room (MRL) elevators are now in use as advanced motor technology reduces the size of the motors used in traction equipment. These newly designed permanent magnet motors (PMMs) allow manufacturers to position the machine at the top of the hoistway, eliminating the need for a machine room that is typically located above the hoistway. A typical traction elevator requires a 40-1 pulley ratio - in other words, the pulley rope is 40 times the diameter. Smaller scales can be achieved using MRL promotion methods, such as 16:1. When a smaller ratio of these types is reached, a flexible high strength hoisting rope is used to provide a smaller 16:1 ratio. The shape of the groove is adapted to grip the hoisting rope.
