(5) Plastic should be fully plasticized, but material degradation should be prevented, heating should be stable, and it should be fully cooled, especially for thick-walled materials.
(6) Prevent cold materials from entering parts, and use self-locking springs or reduce nozzle temperature when necessary.
(7) Too many recycled materials are used, the quality of plastic or colorant is poor, water vapor or other impurities are mixed, and the quality of lubricant used is poor.
(8) The clamping force must be sufficient.
