Learning new things and maintaining changes is quite possible to feel more in control and less overwhelmed, Especially when you are putting lots of effort into making these changes for a long. Learning everything is not necessary

Simple is not the same as easy

You might get frustrated when you try new things that look simple and doable at the beginning but turns out to be challenging to learn and implement. You might get more upset seeing people doing the same thing using the same strategy with ease. Lack of skillset can be the reason for not being able to do what others are capable enough to do. You can improve yourself rather than compare yourself with others. All you need a change of mindset.

Past is not the future

You can give a pep talk to yourself for learning things that you failed in the past. If you bear a fixed mindset, the learning process will be difficult.
