To ensure the reader feels safe when reading your story, you can start by introducing the characters and the situation in a particular section of the short story. Here are a few steps you should follow to ensure the short story is engaging.

Describe the events in the short story

Writing a short story involves many processes, which, in turn, determine the quality of the report. To be sure that the report is fascinating, it is crucial to use interesting details to avoid describing too much. Briefly describe the tasks and the names of the main characters. Do not go deeper into the events since papernow this will be considered spoilers.

Help writing a narrative essay: structure

The form that helps readers understand the contents of the story is determined by the length of the story. However, there are no specific rules for the type of information a writer may include in the report. Usually, the longer the story, the more detailed it is. Therefore, including the event description in the story allows the reader to be part of the process of deciding whether to read the novel or not.

Make the overall structure

There are several standard sections in a short story that must be followed. These include:

  • Introduction

This is the first paragraph of the story. It introduces the hero and gives a clear description of the setting and the period leading up to and after the beginning of the story. Remark on the defining characteristics of the characters. This makes the reader feel like they are part of the story; hence easy to connect with the plot.

  • Character profiles

In this section, a lot of detail is given about the characters. You must explain why the role model fits with your experience and current society. The latest persons to be described also have to add relevance and authenticity to the title. The role models should be visible from the beginning of the story.
