Recover Cash App Account without Phone Number

If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your Cash App account, you can still try to recover your account by following these steps:
- Open the Cash App on your mobile device and tap on the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Support" and then select "Something Else" from the list of options.
- Tap on "Can't Access Account" and then select "Contact Support".
- Fill out the form with your email address, your Cash App account information, and a brief description of the issue.
- Tap on "Submit" and wait for a response from Cash App support.
When you receive a response from Cash App support, they may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity, such as a copy of your ID or a selfie. They may also ask you to provide additional information about your account, such as your previous transactions or the email address associated with your account.
If you are unable to recover your account through this process, you may need to create a new Cash App account with a new phone number. Be sure to transfer any funds or balances from your old account to your new one before closing the old account.
If you have lost your Cash App card, you can track its status and request a replacement card by following these steps:
- Open the Cash App on your mobile device and tap on the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select "Cash Card" from the list of options.
- Scroll down to the "Get Help" section and select "Missing Card".
- Select "Contact Support" and follow the on-screen prompts to report your lost card.
- If you have enabled the "Find My Cash Card" feature, you can use it to locate your card. To do this, tap on "Missing Card" and select "Find My Cash Card". You will then be able to see the last known location of your card on a map.
Once you have reported your lost card, Cash App support will deactivate your old card and issue a replacement card. The replacement card will be sent to the address associated with your account, and you will be able to activate it once it arrives. It may take up to 10 business days for the replacement card to arrive.
If you suspect that your lost card has been used fraudulently, you should contact Cash App support immediately to report the unauthorized transactions and protect your funds.
