Fill out the form with your email address, your Cash App account information, and a brief description of the issue.
Tap on "Submit" and wait for a response from Cash App support.

If you have lost your Cash App card, you can track its status and request a replacement card by following these steps:

Scroll down to the "Get Help" section and select "Missing Card".
Select "Contact Support" and follow the on-screen prompts to report your lost card.
