CAROLINA OPRY

GATOR ADVENTURE

Alligator Adventure, near Barefoot Landing, offers close-up encounters with deadly animals, including reptiles, birds, and mammals, at a 15-acre park near the beach.

Alligator Adventure boasts a large population of alligators, making it a popular attraction for visitors. Feeding demonstrations and live gator-handling events showcase these prehistoric creatures. Visitors can observe gators and crocodiles in their native habitat, including the ten-foot, fifteen-foot, and twenty-foot crocodile, Utan, on the park's natural lake.

Alligator Adventure, located next to the House of Blues on Highway 17 South in North Myrtle Beach, offers a unique collection of reptiles, including the Snake House, which showcases venomous snakes from around the world and Carolina-native species. The park also features non-reptile exhibits like spotted hyenas, squirrel monkeys, and Chilean flamingos. In 2021, the frog and lizard house will feature a newly hatched alligator exhibit, mountain lions, and Galapagos tortoises. Admission prices range from approximately $19.99 to $29.99, with military personnel receiving a 10% discount for up to 6 guests.

The HOLLYWOOD MAX MUSEUM

The Hollywood Max Museum in Myrtle Beach offers three distinct experiences for tourists, including the Great Ape scaling a building and the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Centre. FLEET OF HURRICANES

Hurricane Restaurant's owners, Frank and Mary Juel, founded Hurricane Fleet in 1948 to serve patrons. Frank returned with an 81-foot Navy PT, the first ship at the company. The crew is known for their zeal and experience, making it a popular destination for fishing enthusiasts in North and South Carolina.
 
GULF STREAM FISHING

The Hurricane Fleet's largest boat offers an 11.5-hour journey, providing visitors with fishing licenses, restrooms, and a rod, reel, and bait. The Gulf Stream Fishing charter costs $125 approximately for each passenger.
 
HALF-DAY FISHING

A family can enjoy a 4.5-hour fishing tour on a yacht, provided with paid fishing licenses, restrooms and a half-day charter for approximately $45 per person.

PRIVATE CHARTERS

Hurricane Fleet provides private charters with restrooms, fishing licenses, and target fish options. Visitors can choose length and target fish, and the trip includes a rod, reel, and bait.
 
A DOLFIN CRUISE

Hurricane Fleet offers a 2-hour dolphin cruise, allowing visitors to observe dolphins and learn about the water. The daily trip, priced at approximately $25 per person, includes restrooms, refreshments, and food.
