Pour 300 grams (1.25 cups) of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate into a clean bathtub filled with hot water. (Avoid using laxatives in bathtubs, hot tubs, or whirlpool baths with nozzles, unless the manufacturer says it is possible.)

Once the bathtub is withdrawn, test the temperature level of the water and adjust it as needed. You don't want to burn yourself.

Slowly enter the bathtub and relax. Soaking for 15 minutes is enough.

When purchasing laxatives, it is necessary to purchase 100% magnesium sulfate products.
