洗牙導致牙齒敏感?幾種方法幫你避免!

喺洗牙時,只要做到以下幾點就可以有效避免洗牙酸痛感了: 
  1、分次洗牙:對於牙結石較多較厚、葯物抗炎效果欠佳或脫敏治療欠佳嘅患者,專家建議,分次洗牙,做一次對呢些患者嚟講,太辛苦,而分幾次洗牙,「化整為零」,患者容易接受,而且喺洗牙間期,還可繼續進行抗炎治療或脫敏治療,呢可大大減輕酸痛感,同時還可改善抗炎或脫敏嘅治療效果,也可減少洗牙時和洗牙後口內嘅「血腥味」。

  2、定期洗牙:長年累積嘅牙結石又多又硬,以致洗牙時需加大潔牙機嘅強度才能去除,咁會加重牙齒酸痛感。所以,專家認為,根據牙結石嘅形成情況和牙齦炎症情況,半年、一年或兩年定期洗牙,喺牙結石小陣,形成嘅量唔多,質較松,很容易去除,咁定期洗牙,就唔易造成洗牙時嘅酸痛感。
  3、洗牙前脫敏治療:洗牙時引起「酸軟感」主要系由於牙齒敏感引起。據臨床觀察,喺洗牙中出現嚴重酸軟感嘅人群中,絕大部分人喺日常生活中對冷熱酸甜刺激有敏感。建議喺洗牙前4-10天使用有脫敏效果嘅牙膏對牙齒進行脫敏治療,咁能減輕洗牙時嘅酸軟感。喺洗牙後仍可繼續使用,以減輕洗牙後嘅酸軟感。
