——點樣擁有一啖健康嘅牙齒呢?
1、早晚擦牙,飯後漱口。擦牙能去除軟垢和食物殘渣,飯後漱口也可及時去除口腔內嘅食物殘渣,保持口腔嘅清潔。
2、每月換一款牙膏。一款牙膏唔好長期使用,品牌、種類可以月月換。同一款牙膏使用嘅時間越久,接觸細菌嘅機會就更高,所以買牙膏最好選一個月用量嘅。
3、溫水擦牙。擦牙前用35℃左右嘅溫水浸泡擠上牙膏嘅刷頭1-3分鍾。咁可以使刷毛變得柔軟而有彈性,減少刷毛對牙體嘅摩擦損耗及對牙齦嘅刺激損傷。
4、飲飲料用吸管。飲各種飲料使牙齒完全被「浸泡」,容易導致蛀牙。唔單系甜飲,就算系唔甜嘅蘇打水和運動飲料,對牙釉質嘅損害程度都好大。
