Through the WPS button, you can easily and quickly make a successful connection between the Velop and the modem. The Linksys velop supports a compatible WPS button that can connect with any modem. But, the thing here is your existing modem must be working on the same WPS button or feature. If that is, then, start the Linksys Atlas Pro 6 setup using these WPS buttons. Place both devices at a minimum distance in between and plug them in using the power cables. Then, press the buttons from both and wait till you see the blinking lights on the panels. Once they start flickering, relax, as the setup is going on uninterruptedly. Within minutes, you will get stable and solid lights on the panels which means you are done with the connection.
