How to Grow Mexican Dutch King Mushrooms

Posted By Schwifty Labs     December 14, 2023

You can find these online or from a local Mexican Dutch King mushroom grower. Once you have your spores or culture, you'll need to prepare a substrate for the mushrooms to grow in.

This can be done by mixing together equal parts of straw, manure, and peat moss. The Mexican Dutch King substrate should be moistened, but not wet, before you add the spores or culture.

Once the substrate is inoculated, it should be placed in a dark, humid environment where it can incubate for two weeks.

After two weeks, the substrate should be exposed to fresh air and light for the Mexican Dutch King mushrooms to fruit. Once the mushrooms start to fruit, they can be harvested and eaten.

Anxiety is another common mental health condition that can have a debilitating effect on a person’s quality of life. A growing body of Mexican Dutch King evidence suggests that psilocybin could be an effective treatment for anxiety.
