                            生活在糖文化時代,在糖類的包圍中,吃糖解憂已悄然成為一種新生活方式,乃至成為整個生活的“甜蜜動力”。但我們也應意識到,糖類的大量攝入,不僅會對全身健康產生巨大影響,對於口腔健康尤其是齲病預防來說也會產生災難性後果。我們每天攝入的糖類之多固然可怕,但更糟的是由於教育的缺乏,我們對自己每天應攝入糖量和真實攝入糖量都知之甚少,對於兒童而言尤其如此。

                                        1.飲食習慣:科學餵養,健康的食物結構也是預防齲齒的重要環節,不良飲食習慣多糖、軟、粘小食品,甜飲料,都是致齲的因素。進食成份、頻率,進食后口腔的清潔和監護人對兒童進食的監督管理,會直接關係到齲病的發生。


                                    


                                        


                                    


                                        2.食物結構:兒童飲食特點是多糖、軟粘、多次餵養,減少糖的攝入量(尤其是蔗糖,如奶糖甜點、甜飲料)應盡量採用又不會致齲的糖類代用品,如木糖醇等。增加維生素、微量元素、蛋白質、高纖維素食品(蔬菜、粗細糧混搭)。購買食物時,注意查看食物標籤,含量成分,科學地搭配。


                                    


                                        


                                    


                                        3.飲食次數:無論奶瓶餵養,多餐飲食,均要定時,不要隨意餵養。加餐也要在兩餐間,也要定時,限制頻繁的加餐,加餐時刻多加些胡蘿蔔頭、芹菜塊、水果、硬奶酪、酸奶等,清潔口腔。


                                    


                                        


                                    


                                        4.進食后口腔清潔:早餐后,入睡前認真刷牙2~3分鐘,使用兒童專用牙膏,用牙線、氟化物漱口液含漱,之後禁食,入睡。
