1. Appearance
The surface must be smooth, shiny metallic and free of scratches. The surface coating film must not be sticky at room temperature.
2. Flexibility
The enameled copper wire must be stretched and bent during the pull or lap test. The coating must have no cracks

5. Thermal shock resistance
The enameled wire must immediately resist thermal changes so that the coating film does not break.
6. Conductor resistance
The conductor resistance of the enameled copper wire shall not exceed the specified maximum resistance. conductor

7. Aging certificate

11. Insulation and oil resistance
The enameled copper wire must be oil-resistant and insulated, and the coating film must not be worn. Please refer to industry
Standards (ISO) or refer to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) standards.
12. Solderability
The enameled wire must be coated with solder. This section only applies to certain types of enameled wire.
13. Pinhole
The porous enameled wire shall not exceed the specified number of pinholes. Please refer to Industrial Standards (ISO) or
Refer to the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003).
