1. Regular inspection tour must be carried out when working. As long as it is found that the crankcase temperature rises above the upper limit, it will be stopped immediately (35℃ above the ambient temperature) for inspection. High temperature is easy to burn out.

2. If the oil color turns white during the inspection, the crankcase should be cleaned in time and the oil should be changed (only wipe with towel).

3. If the oil level drops below the lower limit when the machine is working, the oil should be replenished in time, so that the pump can operate more safely with sufficient oil, and the oil seal that leaks oil should be replaced frequently.

4. If the oil color becomes cloudy, stop the pump in time to check the cause, clean the crankcase, and check whether there is tile burning.

5. Oil of specified brand should be used and filtered.

6. For the influence on bearing bush lubrication when the rotating speed of variable frequency pump is low, the lowest frequency of inverter (not less than 25HZ) can be set, and the plunger diameter of pump can also be adjusted.

7. Operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Check the front plate of the pump for blockage before starting the pump, and gradually pressurize it after 5 minutes of air transportation (the air transportation time in winter shall not be less than 10 minutes).

8. Pump stations controlled by frequency conversion shall be operated according to the public frequency starting and stopping mode when starting and stopping the pump.

9. Timely replace damaged valve plates.
