They drop iron arrows frequently so
RuneScape gold it's pretty much free training. Around around 40, you can train for a while at Hill Giants until 50. After 50, go back to the flesh crawlers in the south-east corner of the room. You will be able to spot them on the right side of the square, near the door closest to the wall. This is applicable to both doors. (You are able to easily obtain 75 Str/Range in flesh crawlers.) If you're hungry, go to world 1 where you can find people who fish power by offering free salmon/trout.
Magic: Study the mage dumbies until the magic stops you from doing it. After that, you'll have the magic level necessary for some curses. You can cast these curse spells on the Zamorak monk, who is located in Varrock Castle. Varrock Castle, directly behind the staircase. Once you hit the right mark ( I think it's 25) apply Curse to the Zamorak monk. When the level is reached then you can superheat (really speedy xp), and you even break even if you build the steel bar) in addition to high alch. Leave prayer alone, make sure to keep your attacks at 40 (45 if you get the gravite 2h).
It's true that everyone here is tired of this type of discussion and it's perfectly appropriate if there is no desire to reply, but thanks in advance for your time and attention to it anyway. Since the release of the Fight Kiln will come later this month, I've would like to own a cape. I've already tried it 3 times but with no luck.
My statistics include: 78 attack with 80 strength, 71 defence, 71 ranged 60 prayer, 37 herblore, and 77 constitution. I've also got around 20m to spend on whatever I'll need. What levels or setup do you think I'll need to effectively finish the fight caves and take on jad?
If you want to be ranged and defend up to 75, get the karils shirt and verac's skirt. Also use a blessed spirit shield or prayer booster shield if you are able to. Beyond that, you can bring bolts and buy OSRS gold other items you normally use. If you are able to afford it, try the new 6 dose potions.
