In addition to reducing weight with a larger bladder, Nike has introduced breathable mesh with improved perforations to increase air circulation.
Also on the model with the Light prefix, plastic inserts with additional holes for Multi-lace laces were placed, which became one of the most recognizable details of the next Air Max III, which after 2000 was renamed Air Max Patta.
