1, the new machine running three months should pay attention to the operation condition

During the operation of the new machine, check the operation conditions, such as maintenance of parts, loosening of screws, abnormal rise of oil temperature, rapid deterioration of hydraulic oil, and compliance with regulations.

2. Do not add load immediately after starting the hydraulic pump

After the hydraulic pump is started, it must idle for a period of time without load (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes). Especially when the temperature is very low, it must warm the vehicle to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally and then add load, and confirm the operation condition.

3, pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump

The new hydraulic pump has less initial wear and is easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperature or overload of service conditions will all cause adverse consequences and make the hydraulic pump produce abnormal effects.

4, pay attention to check the display value of the meter class

Observe the vibration situation and stability of the pressure gauge display value, pressure switch light signal and the like of the hydraulic circuit at any time, so as to find out whether the function of the hydraulic circuit is normal as soon as possible.
