Self-adhesive Performance Enameled Wire for TV

Posted By fiberclosure top     November 9, 2018

Body

Due to the different types of products, the color TV deflection coil factory has different requirements for the bonding performance of the Enameled Wire. But in summary, there are three main aspects:

(1) It is not sticky at the specified temperature. In order to ensure that the self-adhesive enameled wire for color TV will not be automatically bonded during the manufacturing, transportation and storage process, a bonding test is required, and the enameled wire is heated at 60-100 ℃ for 5 to 60 minutes without stickiness or adhesion. small.

(2) It has adhesive force at a certain experimental temperature and can be bonded automatically. After the enameled wire is wound into a coil, after heating for 10 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 170 to 200 ℃, the enameled wire will be automatically bonded, and the bonding force is usually required to be 2 to 7 N.

(3) Maintaining adhesion at a certain ambient temperature. The bonded molded coil maintains a certain adhesive force at 120 to 150 ℃, that is, its resoftening temperature should be higher than 120 to 150 ℃. Although the enamelling process has a great influence on the bonding properties of the enameled wire, the copolymer composition of the self-adhesive paint is a key factor affecting the bonding properties of the enameled wire.

The self-adhesive layer of the Enameled Copper Wire must have thermoplasticity, that is, it can be melted and bonded at the bonding temperature, or contain residual reactive functional groups, so that it can produce a crosslinking reaction at the bonding temperature, which is equivalent to the occurrence of the self-adhesive layer of the enameled wire. Secondary curing.

Some deflection yoke plants require bonded bonded coils to have a certain bond at high temperatures, i.e., have a higher resoftening temperature. Since the bonding temperature is close to the re-softening temperature, this would require that the self-adhesive layer of the enameled wire must contain residual reactive functional groups that produce a second cure.

The fact that the enameled wire is not sticky after being treated at 60 to 100 ℃ means that the melting temperature of the self-adhesive layer is high, that is, melting or crosslinking can be performed only at a higher temperature.
