First, the elevator is trapped

1. Pull the main power of the elevator open to prevent the elevator from starting unexpectedly, but the car lighting must be kept.
2. Determine the elevator car position.
3. When the elevator stops at a range of ±60cm from a leveling position, rescuers can use the special hall key to open the hall door outside the hall door of the leveling floor, and open the car door by hand, then assist the passengers to evacuate. Car.
4. When the elevator does not stop at the above position, you must use the mechanical disk method to move the car and save the person. Steps:

(1) The door should be kept closed. If the car door has been pulled open, the passenger should be called to manually close the car door. Use the communication tool in the elevator to inform the passenger that the car will move, and ask the passenger to wait and do not move.

(2) Mounting the cranking device on the tail end of the traction motor.

(3) Two people hold the turning device to prevent the elevator from accidentally or too fast moving when the mechanical lock is held, and then another person uses the loose brake device to loosen the brake. When the brake is released, the other two force The cranking device is twisted to move the car in the direction of the marking.

(4) Move the car intermittently to the level of ±15cm in the flat layer according to the direction indicated.

(5) Return the brake to normal, and then use the door key to open the car outside the door corresponding to the car door, and assist the passenger to withdraw the car.

5. When abnormal conditions are found according to the above methods and steps, the rescue should be stopped immediately and the elevator maintenance and repair service should be notified in time.

Second, flooding accident

1. If the flooding accident is discovered or received, the engineering department should be notified immediately when the elevator is in danger. The engineer immediately informs the passenger to leave the affected elevator from the nearest floor.
2. The engineer raises the affected elevator car to the highest level and closes the elevator.
3. Adjust the sandbags to stop the elevator opening on the flooding floor to be immersed in the elevator shaft.
4. Immediately report the situation to the supervisor and the elevator maintenance company.
5. The elevator maintenance company should be present within one hour after receiving the report.

Third, the elevator was found abnormal during the inspection

1. During the inspection, it is found that the elevator runs abnormally. For example, the steel cable has burrs, broken strands, abnormal sound and odor of the control cabinet, abnormal car lift, etc., which will endanger the safe operation of the elevator, and should be notified to the engineering department immediately.
2. The duty officer uses the communication tool to notify the passenger to leave the faulty elevator from the nearest floor.
3. The engineer will close the faulty elevator.
4. Immediately report the situation to the supervisor and the elevator maintenance company.
5. The elevator maintenance company should be present within one hour after receiving the report.
