FIFA 22 promises the next technology in virtual football, and even though it's not reinventing the ball it does make the attacking and defensive gameplay is now more fluid and instantaneous. Inconsistencies in FUT 23 Coins goalkeeping and visuals aside, this year's FIFA remains one of the most refined and enjoyable multiplayer sports games available on the market, and new options across Career Mode and Volta Football have made FIFA's most popular modes more fun to play.

The time you spend importating AFC Richmond for its brief novelty might have had better use for example, implementing Women's Club Football into Career Mode however it's not included. It's unfortunate because the women's game is such an excellent example of power of EA's HyperMotion motion-capture technology, offering authentic animations that increase the immersive tension.

The year is 2009, and Volta Football and Pro Clubs are now one tidy section, and coincidentally both suffer from similar issues. As we've all heard, hell isn't just for other people and nowhere is this more apparent than in Pro Clubs, where drop-in games are full of wingsmen who overpower the AI with outrageous calls to throw the ball. It's fun to transform your"create-a-pro" into a Shrek goal-making monster, complete with a cupboard filled with silly hats but when you're tied to your in-game rating, you're incentivised to perform dismantling skill moves that even Saint Maximin wouldn't be concerned with.

The positive is that it appears EA listened to my cries for an upgraded Volta Arcade, so I take full credit for the fact that it has been upgraded to an exciting battle royale mode of fun minigames and obstacles that remind me of cheap FUT 23 Coins the best aspects of Fall Guys.
