The polymer layer must adhere to the fabric for effective coating. The coated fabric is further heated to cure the polymer layer. Where thick coatings are required, coatings can be established by applying successive coatings layer by layer.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is essentially a rigid material and cannot be processed if it is not matched. PVC has good properties, such as good chemical properties, flame retardancy and low cost. By dispersing PVC in a plasticizer (called "Plastisol"), it can be converted into a suitable viscous fluid suitable for coating.

PVC fabric refers to PVC coated fabric, which is processed fabric. It uses solvent or water to dissolve the required coating rubber particles (including PU glue, A/C glue, PVC, PE glue, etc.) into a drooling shape, and then spread them evenly on the cloth with a roller, scraper or roller. It is dried and cured at the temperature in the oven to form a uniform covering rubber layer on the surface of the fabric, thereby achieving the functions of waterproof, windproof and breathable.
