Even the smallest foot races that deal with enormous sums of money, make extravagant trips , and pay organizers a hefty sum they claim that they are nonprofit.
It's time to end the façade.
Tax-exempt status should be granted to organizations that have a goal other than making money, and specifically ones that are trying to help people in their work. Even without mentioning the recent events, Madden NFL 24 has proven that it is solely focused on making a profit and benefiting itself and its teams. As USA Today pointed out:
