DTH Drill Pipe uses hydraulic oil as the working medium. Due to the unique outrigger thrust and advancing speed during the drilling process of the hydraulic DTH Drill Pipe, it has a wide range of applications and can achieve high-speed and high-quality drilling in tunnels with various rock hardnesses with f≤10. When using hydraulic DTH Drill Pipe, there are a few points that must be vigilant to attract attention:
       1. The motor and high-pressure hose assembly for the whole machine must have the explosion-proof inspection certificate and safety mark issued by the designated unit of the country, and within the validity period.
       2. All aluminum alloy parts used in the product must meet the requirements of GB/T13813-2001.
       3. During on-site use, the leaked hydraulic oil should be landfilled in time.
       4. Safety inspection before drilling
       4.1. Check that the operation switches of the host should be in the middle position.
       4.2. Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe and water pipe are connected correctly.
       4.3. Check the location of the designated drilling holes to ensure the stability of the roof and the coal. If it is not safe, to prevent roof leakage, temporary support should be adopted for the roof and the coal.
       4.4. Check that there is no obstacle on the bottom plate at the designated drilling position.
       5. Safety measures during drilling
       5.1. The direction of rotation of the motor must be consistent with the sign.
       5.2. When the drilling rig is rotating, do not touch the rotating drill rod with your hands or wearing gloves, and the legs are spread out. One-handed operation is not allowed.
       5.3. When opening a hole, the outriggers should not be extended too fast and use a large thrust, otherwise the drill rod will be deformed and broken or the drill bit will be damaged.
       5.4. When the drilling rig is suddenly loaded, the control arm will swing in a certain direction, and the operator should maintain the correct position to prevent sprain.
       5.5. When the top plate is extremely high, it is not allowed to pad the lining wood that can make the contacts slide at the bottom of the drill. The length of the drill pipe should be adjusted or the special base should be used.
       5.6. Stop working when the temperature of the motor or gear oil pump casing exceeds 85°C.
       6. When the flushing water pressure of Top Hammer Drilling Tools exceeds 4MPa, a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the water delivery pipeline.
