The Factors That Influence the Popularity of Plastic Parts
What is it about plastic that is so appealing? Since the invention of industrial-grade polymers, plastic has unabatedly infiltrated every branch of modern industry, with no signs of abating. There are a variety of reasons for this. I'll limit myself to naming only the three most important reasons. Plastic parts are inexpensive, lightweight, and long-lasting. Let's start with the first point. By "cheap," I mean that the cost of manufacturing them is significantly lower than the cost of manufacturing metal components.

CNC Plastic Machining Techniques
High precision plastic parts can be manufactured using a variety of methods. Modern industrial-grade plastics are cast, injection-molded, printed, or machined, depending on their application. Tips for Using Plastic Machining Machines
First and foremost, let us set the record straight. There are no CNC machines for plastic production. All of the machine tools that are used to cut plastic are, in fact, metal machining equipment.
