Foam flotation is an important concentration process for the selective separation of hydrophobic valuable minerals from hydrophilic waste vermiculite. The flotation process is a method of recovering gold throughout the industry. This is a very economical and effective gold enrichment method and an ideal method for improving low sulphide and refractory ore, which can be used for further gold recovery.
Foam flotation is a method of selectively separating hydrophobic materials from hydrophilic materials. If bubbles can replace the water on the mineral surface, the bubbles can only adhere to the desired mineral particles. If they can form a stable foam by using a floatant, they can only continue to support the mineral particles on the surface.
