The perfect combination of chemical and Flotation Equipment design is the key to an efficient flotation process. Moreover, this ability to improve and adjust multiple elements of the process is part of the process of making froth flotation superior to other processes.

Foam flotation is an important concentration process for the selective separation of hydrophobic valuable minerals from hydrophilic waste vermiculite. In its simplest form, froth flotation is a process in which minerals can be "cracked" from the "mud" surface, "foaming" the surface by means of specific chemicals, water and bubbles.

The flotation process is a method of recovering gold throughout the industry. This is a very economical and effective gold enrichment method and an ideal method for improving low sulphide and refractory ore, which can be used for further gold recovery.

Foam flotation is a method of selectively separating hydrophobic materials from hydrophilic materials. If bubbles can replace the water on the mineral surface, the bubbles can only adhere to the desired mineral particles. If they can form a stable foam by using a floatant, they can only continue to support the mineral particles on the surface.
