Endurance Charge into the Path of Exile Power Charge

* Are there possible new skill tree nodes that may increase the various builds using different charges?
Perhaps two nodes near marauder that may each convert one Endurance Charge into the Power Charge or Frenzy charge, respectively (two near witch that convert an electrical charge in to the other two, and 2 near Ranger that convert a Frenzy charge into your other two).
(just like the +30 stat node clusters about the tree, but obviously not simply adding electric power charge, they're direct POE PS4 Currency conversions of existing charges, making it more of an trade-off).
There could be nodes that add bonuses to several charge types, or entirely change what charges do! There is a lot of room for POE Currency PS4 creativity here.
