The tap water passes through the filter to become softened water and then is sent to the water tank. The water tank is equipped with an upper and lower water level control system, as well as a water temperature heating and temperature control system.
The softened water enters the high-pressure pump, high-pressure pipes, and nozzles to form an ultrafine mist sprayer system. The high-pressure water pump is driven by a motor, smart meters, humidity sensors, and high-pressure solenoid valves constitute a humidity control system. The pressure pump pressurizes the softened tap water to 5 MPa and delivers it to the post splash nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline. The reverse splash principle ensures that the nozzle does not drip.
The high-pressure water forms a vortex rotating at a high speed in the nozzle and sprays water mist particles with a diameter of 2 μm to 6 μm through the micro holes. The water mist is in complete contact with the flowing air to exchange heat and moisture, thereby increasing the moisture content in the air and lowering the temperature. In this process, the total enthalpy of air is constant, which is equal to the humidification process. The high-pressure spraying system occupies a small area, is easy to install, and does not affect workshop lighting or normal production.
